Exhibition Team - For girls and boys 5-11 years old.
Introducing the brand new X-Force Exhibition Team! This is a developmental cheer program that incorporates mastering the basics of cheers, jump, tumbling and dance with strengh, flexibility and agility. This team prepares girls and boys for the competitive world of cheer.  The by invitation team meets 3 hours per week and is non-competitive and very affordable! Youth Team
Youth Team - For girls and boys 11 years and under.
Each team has 4 hours of cheer & stunting practice each week plus one hour of tumbling training. Youth Teams compete at approximately 5 competitions each season within the Pacific Northwest. The season runs April through March.  Private try outs are available for those interested in joining our Force family.
